How do I make a Group Booking?

Is there a carpark?
Yes. JetQuay offers complimentary parking of up to 3 days if you book a Quayside or Jetside round trip. Parking can be extended at an additional fee. Please contact us for more information
Do I have to go to the main terminal first to check in before going to JetQuay?
No, you may proceed straight to the CIP Terminal. Due to security restrictions, several airlines passengers to check in at the main terminal. Airlines currently include United Airlines (UA), Delta Airlines (DL) and Low cost carriers (LCC). Please contact us for more information.
Can I get a regular taxi from JetQuay?
Yes. Our Reception Team will arrange transportation for you on request.
At the JetQuay CIP Terminal
Can I go shopping at JetQuay?
JetQuay CIP Terminal has a limited range of products available.
For Arrival - If you know what you would like to purchase from Duty-Free shopping, our Guest Relations Officers may purchase the items on your behalf with your credit card and hand them to you at the CIP Terminal.
For Departure - If you would like to make a purchase before your flight, please inform our Guest Relations Officer and we will make a stop by the shopping area before proceeding to the boarding gate. Please come earlier to ensure adequate time for shopping.
Can my guests, colleagues or friends access JetQuay?
If you are travelling through JetQuay on a departure or arrival flight or even if you are in transit, a limited number of guests, are welcomed to join you.
Who can use JetQuay?
Anyone travelling on a commercial flight departing from or arriving into Terminals 1, 2 & 3 may use JetQuay.
Can I get GST Refunds at JetQuay?
Yes, our Guest Relations Officers will arrange for your GST Refunds to be processed and assist you at the respective refund counters. Please allow an additional 30 minutes for this service.
What if I already have a boarding pass or have checked in online?
If you have already checked in online, you may still use JetQuay services.
