Booking Terms & Conditions:

  1. Rates & Surcharges
    • Rates are quoted in Singapore dollars, and on a per pax basis on the same flight.
    • Rates are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST 7%).
    • Maximum time for completion of service is 75 minutes. Additional hour is chargeable at a Full rate + GST per hour. (minimum charge is 1 hour) – applicable for Gateway service only.
    • Surcharge of 15% (subject to taxes) applies for actual flight arrival or departure time between 2200hrs to 0700hrs.
    • Surcharge of 15% (subject to taxes) applies to eve/on public holidays.
    • Surcharge of 20% (subject to taxes) applies on the following blackout dates: AIRSHOW (13 to 20 Feb 2022) & FORMULA 1 (27 Sep to 4 Oct 2022).
    • Surcharge of S$100 (subject to taxes) applies to all Terminal 4 service per way.
    • No charge for children age 2 years and below. Any child above 2 years of age will be considered as 1 full passenger.
    • JetQuay’s baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger. Additional bags are chargeable at $20 per bag (subject to taxes) and payable over the reception counter. Additional charges may also apply for odd sized luggage.
    • Receiving/Sending-off Party (non-travelling persons) is limited to 2 persons per booking.
    • Additional non-travelling persons is chargeable at $20 Per Pax (subject to taxes).
  2. Cancellation, Amendment & No-Show Policy
    • Cancellations & Amendments must be made more than 48 hours prior to Scheduled time of Arrival or Departure.
    • Any amendments or cancellations made less than 48 hours' notice will be at full charge.
    • No Show is chargeable at full cost of service.
    • Surcharge of 50% applies for prolonged flight delays (>6 hours difference between STA/STD and ETA/ETD)
  3. Conditions of Travel
    • Passengers are subjected to the respective Airlines' conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage.
    • Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore has the final authority whether to grant priority clearance to travellers.
    • It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the correct Terminal (CIP Terminal) for departure. JetQuay will not be responsible for any no-show fees resulting from passengers departing from the wrong Terminal.
    • Departure through CIP Terminal is not available for Low-Cost Carriers, American-Based Airlines and Swiss Air.
    • All passengers are required to arrive at JetQuay CIP Terminal at least 120 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  4. Covid-19 Safety Measures & Policies
    • In view of COVID-19 and costs involved for additional health screening or other requirements mandated by the health authorities, JetQuay reserves the right to amend the pricings and/or surcharges for all services (if required), subject to any new business requirements & regulations in the airport.
    • JetQuay reserves the right to reject any customers without prior reservations.

  2. No unlawful or prohibited use
    You will not use this Web Site for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
    If JetQuay (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Conditions of Use, JetQuay reserves its right to cancel your booking without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you. JetQuay also reserves the right to take necessary legal action against you.
  3. Limitation of liability
    JetQuay is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, including those based in negligence, whether actual, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential (including lost profits or other special damages) which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the following items:
    • Access or use of Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form.
    • Data, information or material contained in Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form including the use of such data, information or material to check prices and availability or for reservations, ticketing or any other use.
    • Submission of any personal information, including bank and credit card details.
  4. Security
    JetQuay will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to JetQuay using Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access but JetQuay does not warrant against unauthorised access and will not be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.
  5. Privacy Policy
    1. JetQuay collects Customer Data, either directly from you or from your authorised representatives, third parties (e.g., banks, hotels), or from publicly available sources, through our website, in order to fulfil the following purposes, which include but are not limited to:
      • Providing services to you such as processing a transaction (e.g., making a booking), providing technical assistance, assisting you in the transaction,
      • Marketing and communicating with you in relation to products and services offered by JetQuay, Contacting you for product or customer satisfaction surveys and market research; and Safety, security and legal compliance.
    2. JetQuay may also use and disclose your Customer Data with and to third parties in order to fulfil the purposes listed above. Such as Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, Airlines, Ground Handling Agents, Singapore Customs, Singapore Police Force.
    3. JetQuay shall use its best endeavours to ensure that its employees, officers, agents and such other third parties mentioned above who are involved in the collection, use and disclosure of Customer Data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
    4. JetQuay may disclose your Customer Data to law enforcement agencies and government for security, customs and immigration purposes.
    5. JetQuay may disclose Customer Data to our legal advisors for establishing, exercising or defending our legal rights, to our other professional advisors, or as otherwise authorised or required by law. JetQuay also reserves the right to share Customer Data as is necessary to prevent a threat to the life, health or security of an individual or corporate entities. Further, JetQuay may disclose Customer Data, as is necessary, to investigate suspected unlawful activities including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property infringement or privacy.
