    This website is owned by Jet Quay Pte Ltd (JetQuay). By using this Web Site, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Use.
    The information contained in this website may change without notice. JetQuay does not warrant nor represent the accuracy or completeness of this website or any of the data or information contained in this website.
  2. No unlawful or prohibited use
    You will not use this Web Site for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
    If JetQuay (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Conditions of Use, JetQuay reserves its right to cancel your booking without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you. JetQuay also reserves the right to take necessary legal action against you.
  3. Limitation of liability
    JetQuay is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, including those based in negligence, whether actual, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential (including lost profits or other special damages) which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the following items:
    • Access or use of Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form.
    • Data, information or material contained in Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form including the use of such data, information or material to check prices and availability or for reservations, ticketing or any other use.
    • Submission of any personal information, including bank and credit card details.
  4. Security
    JetQuay will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to JetQuay using Jetquay.com.sg Enquiry Form will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access but JetQuay does not warrant against unauthorised access and will not be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.
  5. Privacy Policy
    1. JetQuay collects Customer Data, either directly from you or from your authorised representatives, third parties (e.g., banks, hotels), or from publicly available sources, through our website, in order to fulfil the following purposes, which include but are not limited to:
      • Providing services to you such as processing a transaction (e.g., making a booking), providing technical assistance, assisting you in the transaction,
      • Marketing and communicating with you in relation to products and services offered by JetQuay, Contacting you for product or customer satisfaction surveys and market research; and Safety, security and legal compliance.
    2. JetQuay may also use and disclose your Customer Data with and to third parties in order to fulfil the purposes listed above. Such as Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, Airlines, Ground Handling Agents, Singapore Customs, Singapore Police Force.
    3. JetQuay shall use its best endeavours to ensure that its employees, officers, agents and such other third parties mentioned above who are involved in the collection, use and disclosure of Customer Data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
    4. JetQuay may disclose your Customer Data to law enforcement agencies and government for security, customs and immigration purposes.
    5. JetQuay may disclose Customer Data to our legal advisors for establishing, exercising or defending our legal rights, to our other professional advisors, or as otherwise authorised or required by law. JetQuay also reserves the right to share Customer Data as is necessary to prevent a threat to the life, health or security of an individual or corporate entities. Further, JetQuay may disclose Customer Data, as is necessary, to investigate suspected unlawful activities including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property infringement or privacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

  1. Rates & Surcharges
    • Rates are quoted in Singapore dollars, and on a per pax basis on the same flight.
    • Rates are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST 7%).
    • 10% surcharge is applicable for scheduled flight arrival/departure times between 2200hrs to 0700hrs.
    • S$20/pax peak season surcharges apply to eve/on Singapore public holidays.
    • For roundtrip bookings, 10% night surcharge and/or $20 per pax peak season surcharge is applicable to the whole booking should any arrival/departure fall between 2200hrs to 0700hrs and/or during eve/on Singapore Public Holidays.
    • Per pax rates do not apply during blackout periods, such as Airshow, IMDEX and Formula 1 and please check with our reservation for more details.
    • No charge for children age 2 years and below. Any child above 2 years of age will be considered as 1 full passenger.
  2. Booking Rules
    • You must book a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your trip to receive confirmation.
    • Credit card details and pre-payment are required to secure the booking.
    • If your group consists of 10 guests or more, please contact our sales team for confirmation and pricing at sales@jetquay.com.sg or by calling +65 6262 2220.
    • Bookings for services within 24 hours may be possible, please contact our team at reservations@jetquay.com.sg or by calling +65 6262 2220 and we will check for availability.
    • All cancellations or no show notice must be made at least 6 hours prior to travel time or full charges apply.
    • JetQuay reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without notice.
    • Significant changes to airline schedule or flight arrival & departure times may result in JetQuay being unable to complete the confirmed service. In such cases, JetQuay may be unable to provide the service booked
    • www.jetquay.com.sg is solely to assist you in determining the availability of services and to make reservations.
    • Other terms and conditions will apply to your reservation. You will abide by the applicable terms or conditions, including payment of services when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of services.
  3. Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy
    • Cancellations & Amendments must be made more than 24 hours prior to Scheduled time of Arrival or Departure.
    • For roundtrip bookings, any cancellations made once any one service has been utilised will be at full charge. Any amendments to arrival & departure must be made more than 24 hours prior to scheduled time of arrival/departure, failing which the full charges apply.
    • Any amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours' notice will be at full charge.
    • No Show is chargeable at full cost of service.
  4. Baggage Handling
    • Passengers are subject to the respective Airlines' conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage.
    • JetQuay baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger.
    • Additional bags charged at $15 per bag (subject to taxes) to be paid over the reception counter. Additional charges may apply for odd-sized luggage.
  5. Restricted Airlines
    • Unable to do Quayside Arrival and Departure - Low Cost Carriers.
    • Unable to do Quayside Departure Due to Airline Operational / Security Protocol
      • Delta Airline (DL)
      • United Airlines (UA)
      • Swiss Airlines (LX)
  6. Miscellaneous
    • Receiving/Sending Off Party (non-travelling persons) is limited to 2 persons per event. Additional non-travelling persons is chargeable at $20 Per Pax (subject to taxes).
    • Mode of Transfer is at JetQuay's operational discretion.
    • The personal data information provided may be collected, used or disclosed to our 3rd Party service providers for the delivery of the service.
    • For bookings, 48 hours is much advised.
    • For overseas booking, 72 hours advance is advised.
