Who uses JetQuay

Any passenger on full service carriers departing from or arriving into Terminals 1, 2 or 3 at Changi Airport or on private jet may use JetQuay.

At JetQuay, regardless of whether you are travelling for business or leisure, we will provide you with a seamless and hassle-free airport experience.

Business Travellers

If you are travelling for business, book our services to maximise your time on the ground in an exclusive environment. You may drive to our terminal and enjoy complimentary parking* whilst away on your business trip.

Impress your business associates or clients: book a Quayside service and your guests will be met upon arrival and escorted via an electric buggy to Jet Quay where you will be waiting to welcome them. As you discuss business, we will arrange for baggage collection and onward transportation if required. For departure, your guests may enjoy our lounge and business facilities or to maximise their time before departing. Upon clearing our dedicated immigration facility your guests will be driven to the aircraft on our buggy.

Have your regional business meetings at the airport! You can meet your clients/colleagues from neighbouring countries at JetQuay. Book them a Quayside transit service and we will pick them up from the aircraft and bring them to meet with you in one of our meeting rooms.

Leisure Travellers

Book one of our services and make the start of your vacation truly special. Purchase a round trip service and enjoy complimentary parking at JetQuay*.

Travelling with children: We welcome all guests to JetQuay including the younger ones. If you are travelling with young children, book our Quayside service and focus on spending time with your family while we take care of your check-in, baggage and immigration clearance, before driving you and your family to the boarding gate.

Travelling with the elderly: The elderly need not worry about finding their way through the airport or walking long distances. Upon departure, we will greet them and drive them to the aircraft or send them to the CIP Terminal on one of our electric buggies upon their arrival.

IN TRANSIT

If you are transiting through Changi Airport: Take advantage of our Transit Package. Relax in style and make use of our services and facilities. Enjoy complimentary food and beverages, day rooms, showers, outdoor smoking areas, business centre, meeting rooms and free WIFI internet access.
