BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All booking requests for Hong Kong Airport Concierge Services
- Please place booking by completing the booking form at least 48 hours in advance.
- All services provided by Worldwide Flight Services are subject to availability.
- No charge for children below 2 years old.
- Worldwide Flight Services reserves the right to make final decision on all services to be performed should there be any disputes.
- Price is subject to change without prior notice.
- We operate a "no tipping" policy and tips are not required.
VIP Meet & Greet Services
- For arrival only, VIP Meet & Greet Services include Standard Meet & Greet Services, Electric Buggy Services and Porter Services.
- For departure and transit, departure shuttle service is not included because pre-booking of it is not necessary. Our Chaperon will accompany you (or your guests) to our service counters for the services and there may be a need to queue up.
- Electric Buggy Services is deployed from gate 25 and beyond in terminal 1 only. It is prohibited to enter gates 1-4, 15-19, 201-230 and 501-530.
- Passengers may need to hold their own hand-carry bags on the buggy if there are too many hand-carry bags.
- If the luggages have been checked through to final destination, porter service is not applicable.
Electric Buggy Services
- Pre-booking for departure shuttle service is not available. Please approach our service counters for the services and there may be a need to queue up.
- Electric Buggy Services is deployed from gate 25 and beyond in terminal 1 only. It is prohibited to enter gates 1-4, 15-19, 201-230 and 501-530.
- 2 seats at the back are inverted and passengers may need to hold their own hand-carry bags.
- Passengers may be required to share the shuttle with others (for non-charter booking).
Porter Services
- Luggage considered as "out of gauge" by the airline will be considered as oversized or overweight luggage. A common definition for regular size luggage is L+W+H<158cm, and weight<32kg.
- Porter Service is available in all public areas of the Hong Kong International Airport. Service in areas outside the Hong Kong International Airport will be subject to surcharge. Please check with Sales Department at sales@worldwideflight.com.hk for price.
Limousine Services
- Limousine service is available upon purchase of VIP Meet & Greet, Standard Meet & Greet and / or Electric Buggy Services only.
Valet Services (Baggage Delivery)
- Maximum dimensions for regular size luggage per piece are L+W+H<158cm, and weight<32kg. Luggage bigger than or heavier than this limit will be considered as "Over sized or over weight luggage", and will be considered as 2 regular size luggage.
Others
- Worldwide Flight Services shall not be liable for any exemplary, punitive, special or consequential damages, including lost revenues, lost profits or lost prospective economic advantage arising from any performance of, or failure to perform, services as stated in the price list, and Worldwide Flight Services is released and waived all claims against such damages.
Off- hour service surcharge
- For all arrival services, 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA).
- For all departure service: 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Departure (STD).
Surcharge for bad weather condition
- A 100% surcharge will apply to all services rendered when typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm signal is hoisted
Cancellation Policy (applies to all services booked)
- For cancellation received in writing within 72 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellation received in writing within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellation received in writing within 24 hours, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellation received in writing within 2 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- No shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Amendment fees
- For amendment request received in writing within 72 hours, a 10% surcharge of the total price will be charged.
- For amendment request received in writing within 24 hours, a 25% surcharge of the total price will be charged.
- For amendment request received in writing within 2 hours, a 50% surcharge of the total price will be charged.
