Regulations
You are advised to observe the following regulations:
· Ensure that you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc).
· Ensure compliance with the respective Security, Immigration, and Customs regulations.
· Passengers are subject to the respective airline’s conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage. In addition, JetQuay’s baggage handling service is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger. Additional bags are charged at $50 per bag (subject to surcharges and taxes) payable over the reception counter.
· Any Receiving/Sending-off Party (non-traveling persons) is limited to 2 persons per event booking and to be waited at the CIP terminal main lobby area.
· JetQuay will not be liable in any way for any consequences that arise from non-compliance with the above regulations.
On the day of travel:
· You should arrive at JetQuay at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
· If you are eligible for GST refunds, please allow for an additional time of up to 30 minutes.
· Check-in counters will close in accordance with airline regulations.
· Departure through CIP Terminal is not available for the following:
